Here are my 31 meal plans. Each recipe feeds my family of seven. I have used most of them for years, adapting them as needed. Some are original to my mother, and others I created myself. They are all very tasty, and none have a total family price over $15.00. However, the prices are only estimates based on my average cost in 2010, Oklahoma. I often change my menu based on what is on sale. The recipes are low in white sugar, white flour, and other processed foods. They can be easily converted to what is available and fresh, or to your taste.
They are coded as follows:
B=BBQ (can be modified for the oven/broiler)
C=CHEAP (est. cost $10.00 or less)
M=MEATLESS (a real money saver)
T=TIME SAVER (prep and cook time under 30 minutes, not incl. marination)
F=FREEZES WELL (for making and reheating)
